Investment in private company opportunities presented on this website or the SponsorCloud website is made only through confidential offering memorandums and related offering materials for each SPV. The Collective reserves the right to reject any subscription application for any reason in its sole discretion.

An investment in any SPV is highly speculative and should only be purchased by investors able to lose the entirety of their investment.
